DESIGN OF AN HYDRODYNAMIC MODULE OF PRESCRIBED CHARACTERISTICS USING MEAN AGE DISTRIBUTION

This paper applies the mean age theory to the design of a chemical hydrodynamic device of prescribed mean age and variance of mean age. The equations of the methodology and their application to the computation of a satisfactory solution are then detailed.
