Shot sleeve modeling in HPDC - two-phase flow with moving meshes

In this teaching session the attendee will learn how to set up a simple linear one-way prescribed mesh motion case that solves compressible two-phase flow problems within OpenFOAM. He/she will learn how to eventually compile the layer-addition-removal class of topoChangerFvMesh and use it in a simple case. The methodology of mesh compression is also presented. The session aims to be as hands-on as possible.
