{"id":772,"date":"2022-05-19T09:13:39","date_gmt":"2022-05-19T08:13:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/openfoamworkshop.org\/?page_id=772"},"modified":"2022-09-01T12:03:47","modified_gmt":"2022-09-01T11:03:47","slug":"publications","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/openfoamworkshop.org\/publications\/","title":{"rendered":"Publications"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4>OpenFOAM Journal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All presenters (full-length presentation and poster) at the Workshop are invited to submit full papers or technical notes to a special issue of the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/journal.openfoam.com\" target=\"_blank\">OpenFOAM Journal<\/a>&nbsp;called &#8220;Select Papers from the 17<sup>th<\/sup> OpenFOAM Workshop&#8221;. These papers will undergo the standard peer review process. There&nbsp;are no publication charges and all papers will be available to download free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Eligibility and&nbsp;Guidelines<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors should be aware of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Only authors who have presented at the 17<sup>th<\/sup> OpenFOAM Workshop can submit a paper to this special issue;<\/li><li>The submitted paper should be based on the work presented at the Workshop, although the title needs not be the same;<\/li><li>The submitted paper can be a &#8220;Full Paper&#8221; or a shorter &#8220;Technical Note&#8221;, as described on the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/journal.openfoam.com\/index.php\/ofj\/about\" target=\"_blank\">OpenFOAM Journal website<\/a>;<\/li><li>Please follow the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/journal.openfoam.com\/index.php\/ofj\/authorGuidelines\" target=\"_blank\">Author&#8217;s Guidelines<\/a>&nbsp;when preparing the paper;<\/li><li>As per the&nbsp;OpenFOAM Journal approach, the submitted papers will undergo a&nbsp;double-blind review process, so please exclude the author names from the paper submitted for review;<\/li><li>Please submit your paper at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/journal.openfoam.com\/index.php\/ofj\/about\/submissions\">https:\/\/journal.openfoam.com\/index.php\/ofj\/about\/submissions<\/a>&nbsp;and <strong>select &#8220;17<sup>th<\/sup> OpenFOAM\u00ae Workshop &#8211; 2022&#8243; from the Section drop-down menu<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4>Submission&nbsp;Deadline<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The deadline for paper submission has been extended to<strong> 30<sup>th<\/sup> September 2022<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4>Workshop Proceedings:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The proceedings of the <em>17th OpenFOAM Workshop<\/em> will be available publicly online as a book of unedited abstracts. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OpenFOAM Journal All presenters (full-length presentation and poster) at the Workshop are invited to submit full papers or technical notes to a special issue of the OpenFOAM Journal&nbsp;called &#8220;Select Papers from the 17th OpenFOAM Workshop&#8221;.
