Registration

Big thanks to all of you who have submitted your abstracts! We have received 130 abstracts for the regular sessions and 15 for the training sessions.

The official registration handled by the Whova platform is now open. The Whova platform will be used for the Workshop organization. The platform has many important resources and will be used as a streaming app for the online participants. You will also be able to revisit sessions that you’ve missed and would like to watch again, take a look at the agenda, communicate with other participants and much more. It is highly recommended to use it.

Please note: Participants who would like to register without presenting can follow the same steps below. Moreover, Presenters can attend the event both in-person or online.

The registration page can be accessed at:

https://whova.com/portal/registration/thope_202207/

There is limited number of the in-person attendees!

Don’t wait for too long to book your ticket. The number of in-person attendees (presenters and the audience) is limited by the capacity of the Venue (200 people). The registration deadline is set to the last day of the conference, but once the in-person tickets are sold out they won’t be available any more. There is no limit for the online attendees.

The e-mail you use for the registrations does not have to be the same you used for abstract submission.

Registration fees (choose from the tickets in the registration page):

  • Student Attendee: GBP 350
  • Regular Attendee: GBP 450

In addition, all presenters at the Workshop are invited to submit a full length paper or short paper to a special issue of the OpenFOAM Journal.
