Registration fees (before May 1st):
Training (June 1st):
- Basic training: $150CAD
- Advanced training: $150CAD
Workshop (June 2-4):
- Regular fee: $350CAD (includes dinner banquet)
- Reduced fee: $250CAD (excludes dinner banquet)
- Dinner banquet ticket: $ 100CAD
Registration fees (after May 1st):
- An extra $25CAD will be charged.
Cancellations
Participants wishing to cancel reservations must inform Conferences CFD 2009 by fax +1 (514) 340-3240 or email (OFW4(at)openfoamworkshop.org). Substitution of delegates after a reservation has been made is acceptable at any time, and no extra fee is payable. Any necessary refunds will be made after the workshop.
- 10% forfeited before May 1st
- 50% forfeited from May 1st to May 22th
- No refund after May 22th
