Company Logos:
Please provide a high resolution JPG or PNG file of your company’s logo for inclusion in conference materials. Send by May 29th to Briana Blanchard at bnblanch@vt.edu. Logos received after the deadline are not guaranteed to be in materials.

Exhibit space:
All exhibiting tables will receive a 6’ table and 2 chairs. Booths may be set-up Monday, June 22 morning and must be taken down by noon Thursday, June 25.
