Registration Fee (For delegates)

In order to complete abstract registration processes, you are requested to create your own account.

* Because of exchange rate fluctuations, the USD ticket price may differ from the actual amount paid in the end.

* The committee will review the registration information of General Public. Please pay attention to your email for the notification of the review results.

* Online registration is now open. Online registered delegates will be able to watch videos of all presentations at this year's OFW through the designated channel. Please note that the online registration channel is exclusively available for overseas delegates. Registrants via the online channel will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

* The registration fee lnclude:

• Admission to the workshops

• Congress documents, including badge

• Access to the exhibition and posters

• Coffee break, lunch during the event

• Welcome party

• (Optional) Banquet dinner

* Credit card payment at the registration desk is avialable.

Invoice

* After you complete the payment for the conference registration fee, you will receive a system email from support@bagevent.com . Your invoice and ticket will be attached. If you have any special requirements for the invoice, please contact the conference staff listed in the CONTACT section. 

* 对于国内的参会代表，本次会议的注册费用发票会根据大家填写的信息，在会议结束后10个工作日内以电子发票的形式发送到您的邮箱。

Payment Method

* Registration should be completed with appropriate payment, which must be in RMB and payable in following ways:

1. Credit Card:

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express card are accepted. It will be billed in Chinese RMB and exchanged to your local currency during your online payment authorization. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.

* Domestic attendees can complete online payment through Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay-branded debit cards and credit cards.
